Standard UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery - Our courier partners will aim to deliver your order within 5 working days, this is anywhere within United Kingdom.
On the rare occasions these delivery times may not met on public holidays and weekends, also during busy periods such as new season/collection launch and sale periods.
An automated email will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of checkout with tracking details. Please do keep up to date with the progress of your order.
The courier service will attempt up to 3 times to deliver your order, if however the order is missed 3 times the order will be sent back to us and we will have to recharge you for the re delivery of your order.
You can at the time of checkout leave us a note instructing the courier company of a 'safe place' or 'deliver to my neighbour' option.
Express & Next Day UK Delivery
Express UK Delivery - This service will aim to deliver your order within 2 working days.
Next Day UK Delivery - This service will aim to deliver your order the next working day. Orders must be placed before 9am for same day disptach. If this cut-off time is missed your order may nit arrive until the following working day.
Orders placed on Friday may not arrive until Monday, orders placed on Saturday & Sunday may not arrive till Tuesday.
A signature will be mandatory for Express & Next Day UK Deliveries.
Please note weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as a working day.
International Delivery
Delivery to EU Countries - Once your order has been dispatched it may take up to 10 working days for your order to reach your destination country. Always ensure your contact number and email address are correct at the time of checkout. An automated email will be sent with tracking details.
International ROW Delivery - Once our order has been dispatched an automated email will be sent to your email address provided at the time of checkout. Please ensure a valid contact number is provided for your local courier company to contact you. Delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Please ensure you are familiar with the charges for your country. You must pay for any charges that may have occurred while importing your order as Muslim Boutiques under no circumstances will take responsibility of such charges.
